…with a green twist!

All apartments at The Heights boast a highly efficient heating and ventilation system provided by a gas fired Central Heating Plant (CHP system) located in the basement. Heat recovery units in each apartment enable up to 65% of heat otherwise lost through the ventilation process to be recovered and recycled. This Whole Home Ventilation system offers exceptional comfort with low running costs.

In addition each home benefits from energy efficient electrical fittings, exact billing facilitated by a central monitoring system and thermostat controlled room temperature.

This goes towards giving The Heights an energy efficiency rating and environmental impact rating of B and an ECO Homes rating of Good.
